We are thrilled that you are interested in proposing a topic for a strategic conversation session. Below you can see the design so that you know as a potential facilitator how to plan for your session effectively. Sessions total duration: 120 min / 2 hours

What the Hosting team will provide
Members of the hosting team will provide the introduction and conclusion of the session as well as the setup of breakout rooms, tech support, recording, time-keeping notices and housekeeping notices. We will also collect feedback from participants which we can share with you after the event.
We are not promising upfront that we can pay for your contribution and therefore ask that you either volunteer your time to do this or find your own way to fund your contribution to the event. If we sell enough tickets we would also use profits to pay the speakers. For this possibility you would need to be able to receive payments through Open Collective via WISE or IBAN bank transfer. We will provide a free combined ticket event for facilitators to enjoy all Conference and Convergence events (excluding ticketed workshops).
What we expect you to include in your Strategic Conversation Proposal
Complete all fields, most importantly a description of the session which describes the theme of the session and what the session aims to address and the prompts that you would like to use during the session.
What we expect from you on the day
We expect facilitators to show up to their events at least 30 minutes before the start of your event, this will help us troubleshoot the technology before the event starts.
We expect your full cooperation with the hosting team who will be doing their best to ensure all events are running on time and within session design outlined above.
We expect you to participate in the conversation you are instigating by joining in with others in conversations.
